Hotel AR Golf Almerimar 5*

We have been appointed from Almerimar Resort when the management team felt the need to upgrade and develop a new menu formula for their restaurant outlets. The project lasted 3 months and we have been working close to the HODs and we developed 4 menus across the outlets.

The outlets we covered are:
– Main restaurant – International cuisine
– Breakfast restaurant
– Tapas Restaurant – Spanish cuisine
– Banqueting restaurant – International cuisine

Per each menu we provided recipe books, spec sheets and menu costs. We have been working on remote on the first stage of the project for developing the menus and then we spent a month with the team on site for training and implementation of the menus and we received great feedbacks from the guests and management team of Alemerimar Resort.
