We have been contacted from Spritz & Polpette to design their operations and cost control processes. We provided them with bespoke SOPs, check lists and training manuals and after an operations assessment, we also provided them with our monthly service called “Progressive P&L”.

They are using our service from 8 months, and we can see their business growing and getting in the right direction in terms of operations and cost control and we are now working on brans expansion.
